geoip should never matter - at all - are tens of nostr relays (est 10%)outside clearnet same like bitcoin node 59% - faster depends in db event RW (cpu disk) much more than network latency !
yes - over crowding on bunch free+paid relay while other are idle makes little sense. same like people crowding to buy btc at 60K and not at 16K
spreadout folks - world any icmp rtt of ~300ms just fine not gonna impact nostr client slowness - multiple simultaneous database event read request that can slow down things - majority #nostr userbase na, eu, asia - #performance #relay - spreadout #decentralize
