This is (almost) the least expensive winch I can find, and the rated capacity is overkill for this use case.
Including the cost of misc parts for the fulcrum, plus cost of wire between two trees to provide a pull point along a Y axis where the tractor so the tractor can be manually repositioned along the second axis, call it $200 total.
