the (low-level) people doing that sort of thing are usually paid pretty well, have addresses that are pretty easy to locate, have a very low pain tolerance, and frequently have liquid assets that can be converted easily into bitcoin at any of a variety of exchanges

in fact, each one of those people could likely produce, after a relatively small amount of effort, at least as much as the average person receives as a paycheck for any given month
