Given a tangential bit if inspiration from fiddlehodl@nostrplebs.com (nprofile…yvjr) and Beth (whom I can't tag right now because of that annoying bitcoin symbol in her nym), I decided to be a complete idiot and do 100 kettlebell swings with the one kettlebell I currently have: a 40 pounder. (~18kg for the godless Heathens.)

Isn't that a bit batty?

Was it hard?
Very.
But did you die?
Not yet.
I'm gonna feel this tomorrow, for sure. Ugh.
Oh. Yeah. This was after my 2.75mi walk.
