That instance has a reputation for blocking almost everyone. They're blocking the Firefish flagship server, for example, ran by a gay (iirc) furry, because that owner boosted an EFF article from someone they consider (without receipts?) racist.
I think they block mastodon.social too, or at least "silence" them. I'm surprised they've not blocked this server yet, because of the "fossbro" reputation the server's picked up (or Cloudflare).
