I'd honestly suggest you just grind and encapsulate your valerian. Dear Light that shit tastes awful!\n\nIf you're looking for energy in the morning, I'd try a cup of guayusa or yerba mate. Mint might be a nice pick-up, too, but tumeric is an all-day thing (goes great with milk thistle), and cinnamon is most effective after eating.",
