The biggest problem and how America became as divided as it is points to one thing. Social media. Before Twitter and Facebook allowed the world to become small we were a country that had problems but for the most part people loved each other or at least tried. Now everyone has an opinion and for some reason those who disagree with one persons opinion have to come out of the woodwork to gang up to obliterate that one person. There was never any call for censoring any speech because the crazy shit didn’t have a chance to gain any traction because the nuts weren’t able to become groups and able to let themselves be heard and thus become dangerous or threatening. I haven’t been on any social media in over 7 years until this one and Mebbe this one becomes another I’ll leave but I like that I can post real thoughts and ideas and no one is going to burn my house down or try to get me fired. I’m retired anyways so that’s a dead horse. I’d like to see TikTok banned and when they see how it disrupted the country I’d like to see the rest of them on the chopping block. I’ve had it with the division In America and it’s high time we get our shit together and become the greatest country we know we are.
