One thing at a time. I can handle pretty much one thing at a time.
The usual response I’ve got to this throughout my life is “ok but that’s not how the world works” - as if perhaps I hadn’t noticed that. Yes. That is the problem. Pointing it out won’t make me magically able to handle more though.
How is that supposed to be helpful? 😅
(My brain does jump around, for sure, but when I split focus on things I’m actually trying to complete, they go nowhere)
