Was just reminded of the show " what not to wear" and ughgh, just goes to show how conformity was hammered into us in the early 2010s. Like, most people looked like cool individuals before they were bullied into performing hyperfemininity on TV. It stripped people of what they felt like themselves in and forced them into the same boring mould. To think that was what we as teens watched for fashion inspo. Yuck.
