Debaters are a huge liability in my life.

They don't try to add value.

They just want to win, for themselves. A zero sum mentality.

They are the same groups of people who justify their behaviour on "low trait agreeableness".

Additionally, they justify their behaviour by stating how advantageous it is to be someone of "low agreeableness", and that everyone is missing out.

I'm not seeing it.

Not only are they a liability to me, but they seem to be a liability to themselves.
