I understand what he’s saying. And why he’s saying it.
But Biden saying he’ll respect the limits of a president’s power, *when said limits have been removed*, feels off to me. He should say more explicitly:
If it’s a crime for you, it’s a crime for me. Despite the Supreme Court’s ruling, I will continue to act with law abiding dignity, like the best of us do.
