I’ve heard this before. I don’t want to go into this rabbit hole now, but I wouldn’t be surprised in the least.
One thing that bugs me is that countries that seem to be adversaries keep pretending that nukes are true. Either they have an agreement in which all understand that nukes are good to keep the flock under control (a mutually beneficial agreement between enemies) or there are simply no adversaries and all are controlled by more or less the same cabal, which means everything is total theater.
