Those who don't understand #Bitcoin.
Those who still have fiat left and are in an accumulating phase where adding some still makes some difference, they hope for stable or lower prices.
Those who have no fiat left or are in an accumulating phase where adding some doesn't have any impact anymore, they hope for higher prices.
Just be aware that the price discovery phase will be limited.
