Hamas are angry at the US but have only ever taken or endorsed non violent action outside their own region. Hamas keep America safe, they don't like America, but attacking it just builds public support for Israel, so Hamas actively discourage their supporters doing violence except in Israel and the occupied territories. The only recent exception I can think of has been Hamas endorsement of the anti #Assad / anti #ISIS groups in Syria, but that actually put them on the same side as the United States. For most of 2006 to 2023 Hamas only used violence within the 1967 occupied territories.
