A bodge like that might be possible if the peertube with the export plugin was on your IP/mac address you already have a verified login from. The moment the application tries to login from a server farm/hosting IP/mac address you have google login security to deal with and account verifications
I don't even have the sync or import enabled on my instance. When you have more than ten videos to sync it tends to shit the bed with errors and constantly annoy admins with
