Also same method for homemade limoncello and lavender-infused vodka, and both smell great.
The really quick method: chiffonade leaves+stems and fill a pint canning jar, add Everclear until full and covering leaves. Close with canning lid+ring. Heat in a water bath in crockpot for 4-8 hours on warm. Let cool.
Could try same method with a neutral oil instead.
