What comes to mind for me is the 'watch' part and I associate it with 'eye'. So i'd be exploring a logo that would involve the ostrich's eye. Like zoomed in kinda version. But still seeing that it is an ostrich.
Logo's are tricky to do and should be recognisable even when scaled down. I might explore some options this weekend
