I'm going with plain CSS imports, no concatenation – at least for now. But I wrote up some of the other options I've considered for:
- Breaking out #CSS partials
- Importing them into cascade layers
- Concatenating the files, if needed
Using either #Sass, or #Eleventy with WebC:
