Yes they dispute it but it doesn't sound like this case is going to the courts. I would have expected that Privacy Commissioner to lay charged \u0026 enforce compliance and if the offending party disagrees, it goes to trial.\n\nAs it stands, sounds like the Privacy Act has no teeth.",
