Below is an image. There are clips on youtube which is where I found the idea, but doing it 100x is a big job. Its basically soft ghee rinsed in water, then the water is discarded and then repeated with fresh water 100 times. I just do it until the smell is gone. I found ghee or coconut oil alone did not penetrate the skin well. Let me know if you want some photos, and Ill take some next time I make some.
