Earlier today I just said and stared out of the window for about 5-10 minutes. Peace. Deliberately done and gave a boost of energy. This perpetual demand of being "on" and available and god forbid you should miss out. And the endless scrolling. That doesn't give peace. It's bad, a developing brain shouldn't be near one of those damn things.
