It's sad that a growing number of businesses that I patronage treat their labour forces unfairly. I've long said good-bye to Starbucks, and I can easily live without their overpriced products, but then Trader Joe's and now REI. I was shocked to learn that TJ's was singing from the same hymn sheet with Amazon and SpaceX to have the National Labor Relations Board declared unconstitutional. Is REI joining them? I wouldn't be surprised anymore.
