You know, I'm wondering if I need to get an x-ray on my elbow. It's over a week now, and it really isn't improving that much. I've had a couple of walks today and my ankle is getting better, but my arm did not like that. I have numb tingling fingers now, and I'm struggling to lift a cup of tea. Ibuprofen helps, but not much. 😕 Absolutely no chance of cycling. #SadBikeToot
