Just filed an FDIC complaint against BofA.
Those following me may recall that my unused icloud.com address often gets signed up for things by people who can't get their email address right.
In this case, I have been in receipt of private banking information for some other customer since 2022. I have contacted BofA's customer service, fraud department, and emailed the abuse@ address as they suggest. Also the CISO and his personal Gmail. And yet the emails still arrive, so FDIC complaint time.
