I was lost in dune books after I’d seen the 1st part of Dune (so thankful to Denis Villeneuve for introducing me through the screen to this life-changing world, and to my friends, who brought me to the theatre at that day)) I had no idea what was coming))
I’ve seen this picture in my head long before the dune part 2 was announced. I guess my wish to land on Arrakis during my readings was so strong, so.. here it is. The pics are taken in Karnak Temple, Luxor, Egypt (but the Egypt trip itself is a different story I will come back to)
And today I finally saw DUNE part 2. Such powerful job, on so many levels! God, if there ever meant to be Dune Messiah on the screen, I would be honored to be a piece of sand in this project ))
