In my psychology studies, as part of our ethics training, we had to learn about some of the unconscionable things thay used to be done to racial minorities, here, in the name of science.
Psychology at least tries to set and follow a golden standard, for conducting ethicsl human studies, ever since it became part of the scientific awareness.
