Do you like galaxies? I DO.

I've been combing through the Legacy Survey, and ooft are they damn awesome!

So, am gonna do a 'Galaxy Photo of the Day' (GPOD) starting this weekend. Here's a lil' sample!

There will be:

- spirals
- edgy edge-ons
- drunk galaxies
- dusties
- mergers
- clusters

If you have a fav, lemme know and I will try find it! (note - the DES data doesn't cover all regions of the sky).

Also, these will mostly be spirals, as spirals >> ellipticals (it's true, and you know it).

Will try and get a few fun facts about each one ...
