I hate shooting in 4:3 (to me it's such a lazy aspect ratio) but the Leica LUX app (like many iPhone apps) shoots only in 4:3 because the iPhone native ratio is 4:3 and they want to capture the maximum amount of pixels possible assuming youll crop later if you want to – but I hate cropping to 3:2 after I framed the picture because if I was gonna present a 3:2 image then I want to shoot it in 3:2 – insanity – don't worry I'm going back on lithium 🖼️
