Ah yes thanks. Just listened to a Bloomberg #OddLots podcast talking about the US multi-family residential market and the bad f*cking bets that were made there in the last two years. We've really got to get some better regulation on the f*cking investment ecosystem. That sh*t's about to blow sky high from the sounds of things.
