Coffee has many beneficial effects, but it’s also not so friendly to your cardiovascular and neural systems.
It's also relatively toxic (caffeine is a toxin), increasing the risk of anxiety attacks. It raises cortisol levels, and as a consequence, your stress levels will be over the ceiling.

I'm a coffee lover, but I need a detox.
I've had two full weeks without, now one in the morning. And I'll probably loosen up to one every other day.
