I would not go as high as 90%. Lots of music ends up on YouTube in a workaround way, so we already know how that goes. You have to wastefully make a video with a still image to accompany music, usually a full album in one video, sometimes with timestamps for songs. Or individual videos for each songs linked in a playlist. Some bands upload their own music (if they can figure out how to turn their audio files into a video file). Or third parties upload music without permission.
