2003 Caeso has a cellphone (it seemed a good idea after the end of Dirty Work), but emojis as they are now didn't really exist then, and he isn't the type to use them anyway, so they won't make it into that story.
Radial is present day, but Alex's texts are so short they never include any so I'm safe on that front too.
They seem too much like a hassle to get into ebook form, so maybe I'm just creating excuses. 😜
