It's the whole face, your style is a good mix between cartoon and anime, you add the things that matter and forgo of the ugly things, like nostrils for example, FUCK NOSTRILS
And you take advantage of the cuter things of cartoony style like your ovo mouths, those are mega cute, and I can't seem to pull them off well in my style.
Whenever you do open mouths you also don't always close the lineart, making it look a little smoother.
Often (though not always) your nose positioning makes three dimensional sense, and I like that you sometimes make sure to occlude the eye when the nose gets on the way.
Of course there's always room for improvement, especially in the "get a tablet" department, but this is what I like about your drawing's faces.
