Something like a credit card with NFC and everything.
It has a 3 numbers that simply have the position of the BIP39 words, the wallet uses these numbers and translates them into words, and it uses a PIN, which is actually a passphrase to derivative the right keys.
Only they know the PIN, and the card numbers can be easily memorized.
