As far as I'm aware it's essentially the same source with a few key exceptions:
1. Increased worker count to match Legacy of the Void
2. Improved unit pathing since it's on the SC2 engine (HUGE)
3. Functional command groups and being able to select more that 12 units at a time (not even the same game anymore).
