I have been English Paper Piecing a quilt - a project that I pick up in times of great stress - rather than deal with, well, everything. Hand sewing is so incredibly therapeutic and meditative, (apart from not quite being able to see well enough to thread small needles at night, so I’m threading up 10 or 12 in the morning.)
