doesn't really matter what your specialty is in terms of importance cause it's all important.
there's really no use for a bounty system in this tbh. it's more about how teams are formed and whether they find what area of expertise actually suits them. from there it's just a straight profit share and nothing goes to me. devs should be paid for their real value, so that's always TBD until the funds get flowing :)
if you do good work and you've been ostracized by predatory partners in business, you're right for this job. the best thing, though, is that there's now an operating type of council that considers the concerns of people in using any technology and is actively building toward a clear goal.
two points of failure is not worse than one. one is bad enough. one gigantic point of failure are these gig labor econs and I am not trying to replicate that. it's bad and it's a lie.
