The wines prob wont increase in value like bitcoin would.
But i think the intrinsic value on having call backs to your past proof of work is priceless.
I am curious though. Your wine being natural. No commercial crap... will it age better or... not as long shelf life.
Or have you already made a long form post about this and i missed it
