1) One guy: *writes mail to support b/c a tool is not working* -> *includes all users of this tool in outlook* (~1600)
2) Sh*tload of mails 'please take me out of the mailing list' (to all recipients)
3) Guys, if you are engineers, arent't you supposed to know how e-mails and 'respond to all' works?
