"content": "nostr:npub1hreqg3x05pkr6asgy7q47hn85vzk6tddxx0x967k5zl42cy7fcxsvmfmet I have a standard lower body/core routine that includes a plank routine, followed by single leg heel raises and lowers with a 45lb kettlebell, squats with a 50lb kettlebell 2 sets of 10, single leg dead lift, 10 each leg with a 45lb kettlebell, the repeat replacing the squats with kettlebell swings. Then I will do whatever upper body workout looks interesting in Apple Fitness+. Trying to move my heavy dumbbells from 15 to 20lbs and medium from 10 to 15.",
