Humans are omnivores. We were designed that way. Currently, in much of the world, the corruption of the state has ruined food to the point that we need other creatures to process everything for us and then we can not only survive but heal from the damage being done through the Fiat food system. If you ignore the healing power of meat, you are ignoring The Creator's will in providing us the means to heal.
