I'll have to give it a try at some point. I'm not a huge fan of turkey though, but I probably haven't ever had it cooked super well, but I do somewhat enjoy gamey flavour in general.
I think I've had Emu egg though, it was huge, and the albumen was super thick. But it could have been another bigger bird than chicken. It was a while ago.
