I like it. I read Digital Minimalism earlier this year and it really helped me put my phone down and disconnect for a while, but I feel like it crept back up on me. Fucking reddit is the worst for me. I need to reread that book. I've always been into tech but lately it's like I'd love a cabin in the woods and maybe dialup or dsl or a big fucking switch to turn it all off so I can intermittently just disconnect from the enshittified, addicting web, and the glowing little shitboxes of addiction and dopamine factories we carry around.

like tech has positives and the good outweighs the bad I think, but I increasingly yearn for less screen time and more silence and disconnection
