Limited companies - the solution to "fucking around" with never having to "find out".
Really, the whole setup is just a recipe to get away with practically anything. I know not all LTDs are fraudulent, but it wouldn't be a surprise if over 50% were set up with ill intent in mind, and more then 50% of the others are eventually used to execute ill intent not originally planned.
Unless you piss off people with deep pockets you can just walk away from practically any form of fraud.
