You could say that about eg my work group chat on WhatsApp which I have on mute. There's no algorithm, there's no dopamine hit ¯\_(ツ)_/ ;) lol
To a certain extent nostr needs to face its problems (no. 1 being the bitcoin chatroom dilemma). And I think another one of them is a growing general disinterest in social media.
I look forward to a nostr forum client or other cool forms it can take tho:)
