I use Migadu with wildcard DNS MX set up. So I can have in inbox called dumbshitnpub1lza0rp8mnrzv0znc6welquzuprelk3njf33n4rm84nzf88e3mtzsrvt480 (npub1lza…t480).tld and then I can use wordpress@dumbshit.example.tld and it all those emails will go to dumbshitnpub1lza0rp8mnrzv0znc6welquzuprelk3njf33n4rm84nzf88e3mtzsrvt480 (npub1lza…t480).tld in a subfolder called wordpress. I can then link that email to my main one on the same domain within Migadu and share the inbox and folders, so I don't need to log into a bunch of email inboxes - which I guess a catchall also does, but I like this structure.
