Weirdest Windows (10) question:
Sometimes when "Microsoft Paint" is open in the background, I see a weird behavior where using the arrow keys causes the mouse cursor to move around. This only occurs when MS Paint is open and if I close MS Paint it stops. It also doesn't occur *every* time MS Paint is open (or rather, it always happens when MS Paint is foregrounded but only *on some Paint boots* does MS Paint hijack the cursor while backgrounded).
Can I do anything about this?
