It is the beginnning of nasturtium season here, and it lasts into Autumn. I have a number of dishes I like to make using various parts of the plant. Pesto is one of my favourites

But the nasturtium pesto that I make, and which keeps forever in the fridge (covered with a layer of oil) is from #GoodCompany by #SophieHansen.

It is really a zuke and nasturtium pesto, and includes: zucchini; nasturtium flowers; mint; nasturtium leaves; nasturtium seed pods; toasted pine nuts; Parmesan cheese; lemons. You can even leave the cheese out and it is very good.

I large jar of it sits in my fridge. I toss it through salads, slaver it on wraps and bread, and stir it through soups and sauces.
