The lethargic, slow brain, after effects of eating gluten free bread isn't worth it. We think it is the yeast causing the problem, as well as the gluten in normal bread.
If I was going to feel this slow and useless I might as well have had a packet of jam doughnuts and enjoyed them, for all the personal cost.
Ho hum.
We're off to have a fancy breakfast at the garden centre cafe.
Then I need my head functional to work out landline phone contracts and options for MiL
