The health of the food we consume is directly related to the health of the food system that produced it

Specifically, the health of the animals we consume is a direct result of the food they ate, the manner in which they lived and and way they were harvested

Our ducks are free to roam the forest and play within a variety of pond ecosystems connected by pathways and water channels

They forage bugs, worms, tadpoles, and visit a variety of salad bars we plant for them in the forest

We play them music, we build them shelters to keep warm in colder seasons and wet give them Love and respect as if they were members of our own family

Their meat and nutrient dense eggs nourish us and those who purchase our excess

We harvest our animals at the end of each season with deep reverence and gratitude

Our animals regenerate our soils and we never exceed the capacity of our land
